01What we do

Five things, all built and shipped by one studio rather than brokered out: automation and AI features, web products and design, trading systems for MetaTrader and TradingView, educational products, and consulting on crypto, trading and education. Each row below opens to what it covers and links to work you can click through.

A

Automation & AI

The repetitive 40% of your operation handed to software, and language-model features placed where they earn their keep: agents, data pipelines, back-office workflows, support that answers, data that explains itself. Built on Claude. Examples — Frontier Headshots · GM Fire Watch · all AI & automation work →

B

Web, Product & Design

Production web apps, SaaS and sites that feel expensive and load instantly. Authentication, payments and analytics wired in from the first commit, and a design system your team can build against for years without it drifting. Examples — Freshwell · Workouts · My Site Design · all web work →

C

Trading systems

Indicators, scanners, Expert Advisors and portfolios of EAs — MetaTrader 4/5 or TradingView. Off-the-shelf versions set up on your rules, or fully custom from your written plan. Backtested honestly, with the losing periods shown, then deployed with risk controls. Examples — Bitcoin Macro Dashboard · FMO Dual Bar · all trading work → · menu & prices →

D

Education

Courses, learning hubs and interactive explainers that teach instead of lecture — a Bitcoin primer, a whole-of-history timeline, a football-tactics game for a parent and child. Video lessons, quizzes, progress, and an AI tutor over your own material. Examples — Bitcoin 101 · World History Explorer · Little Tactics · all education work →

E

Consulting

Hands-on time by the hour, half-day or day, from someone who ships the thing rather than the deck: crypto, trading and investing, trading bots and EA portfolios, and how to turn what you know into an educational product. Rates & packages → · Book a free 30-minute call →

02How the work happens

Every project runs through the same four phases, whatever its size. Nothing is built before the goal has a success test we can both point at, nothing is coded before you have approved a written spec and a look, and nothing ships without monitoring, documentation and a clean handover.

Phase 1

Discover

We interview until the real goal is sharp and there's a success test we can both point at. No brief, no build.

Phase 2

Design

A written spec and a look you approve before a line of production code. Surprises belong in fiction.

Phase 3

Build

Small, tested, reversible steps. Every fix starts with a failing test. You watch it assemble in the open.

Phase 4

Ship

Deployed, monitored, documented. Handed over clean — or run for you on a retainer. Your call.

03Questions we get asked

Straight answers to the questions that come up on most first calls — cost, the free call, on-site work, code ownership, what we will and will not do with trading systems, and how a project runs. If yours is not here, the form at the bottom reaches us within one working day.

How much does a project cost?

Every price is a multiple of one hourly rate, £250. A half day is £500, a day £800, a week £3,000 and a month full-time £10,000, so the more you book the lower the hourly. The pricing page prices any mix of features live, and a fixed quote follows a short call.

Is the first call free?

Yes. A 30-minute intro call costs nothing and carries no obligation. You book it straight into the calendar, tell us what you need, and we come back with how we would build it, a timeline and a number.

Do you work on-site, and where are you based?

We are home-based near Manchester and work remotely by default. On-site work is usually around Manchester and Stockport, but we travel as far as the job needs — London or Scotland realistically the furthest — at £30 per hour of travel each way, plus £250 a night when a day trip is not possible, all agreed up front. Fares and mileage are passed through at cost.

Who owns the code when the work is done?

You do. On final payment the code and assets are yours, deployed and documented, with the option of a retainer if you want us to keep running it. Typical terms are 50% to begin and 50% on delivery, staged for larger builds.

Do you trade for clients or sell signals?

No. We build the tools — indicators, scanners, Expert Advisors and EA portfolios — test them honestly with the losing periods shown, and hand them over with risk controls. We do not manage money, run accounts for other people or sell trade signals.

Can I see what you have built?

Yes. The projects page lists every project shipped, and the ones with a public deployment open live so you can click around without a demo account or a sales call. Client work and a few builds stay behind a password.

How does a project run?

Four phases. Discover: we interview until the goal and a success test are sharp. Design: a written spec and a look you approve before production code. Build: small, tested, reversible steps you can watch. Ship: deployed, monitored, documented and handed over clean.

04Start something

Tell us the outcome you want rather than the design you imagine, and we come back within one working day with how we would build it, a timeline and a number. Prefer to talk it through first? Book the free 30-minute call and bring nothing but the problem.

Tell us what it should do.

Not what it should look like — what outcome you want. We'll come back with how we'd build it, a timeline, and a number.
